Amplified Healing is operated by Swirling Energies, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Amplified Healing," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit amplifiedhealing.com, book with us, or visit our center at 9028 SW 152nd Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information you give us

• Contact and newsletter forms. When you send a message or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide.

• Booking and client accounts. Appointments, memberships, and purchases are handled through WellnessLiving, our scheduling and client-management platform. When you book, you provide your name, email, phone number, appointment details, and payment information. Payments are processed by WellnessLiving and its payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

• Intake and session information. You may choose to share information about your wellness goals, comfort needs, or health history so we can make your session comfortable and safe. Sharing this is voluntary. We use it only to serve you and we do not sell it.

• Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders, event announcements, and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

• Chat. Our website chat widget is provided by WellnessLiving. Anything you type into it is collected and stored by WellnessLiving on our behalf.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you.

• Cookies and similar technologies that remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Visitor identification. We use Happierleads, a visitor-identification service. Happierleads may match the technical information above (such as your IP address or device signals) against its own data sources to tell us the name, email address, phone number, employer, or city of a person or business that visited our site. We use this to understand who is interested in Amplified Healing and, in some cases, to follow up with you about our services.

You can opt out of identification by Happierleads at any time at https://happierleads.com/opt-out. You can also ask us to delete any information we obtained this way by emailing hello@amplifiedhealing.com. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Schedule and provide your sessions and respond to your messages.

• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service updates.

• Send newsletters, event announcements, and offers you have signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and every marketing text can be stopped by replying STOP.

• Understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it.

• Follow up with website visitors who appear interested in our services.

• Keep our center, staff, and clients safe, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the business and are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us: WellnessLiving (booking, payments, chat, email and text campaigns, client records), Hostinger (website hosting and forms), Happierleads (visitor identification), Google Workspace (email), and our payment processor.

• With practitioners who lead events or sessions at our center, limited to what they need to run the event you booked.

• When required by law, such as to respond to a subpoena, protect our rights, or prevent harm.

• In a business transfer, if Amplified Healing is sold or merged, in which case your information would transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. A note about health information

Amplified Healing is a wellness center, not a medical provider, and we are not a HIPAA covered entity. Any health-related information you choose to share with us is kept confidential, used only to serve you, and never sold. Nothing on our website is medical advice.

6. Children

Our website and marketing are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Minors are welcome at the center when accompanied by a parent or guardian, who provides any information we need on the minor's behalf.

7. Keeping and protecting your information

We keep your information for as long as you are a client or subscriber and as long as needed afterward for our records, legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we rely on our service providers' security measures for the information they hold. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

8. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

• Stop marketing texts by replying STOP.

• Opt out of Happierleads visitor identification at https://happierleads.com/opt-out.

• Ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@amplifiedhealing.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor those rights as the law requires.

9. Links to other sites

Our site links to WellnessLiving, Instagram, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be announced by email or on the site.
